Tell Everyone! BRW Is Hiring!

Established in 1984, Brown Reynolds Watford Architects, Inc. (BRW) is a 100+ person architectural and planning firm.  We are a company that was founded in Texas, serving clients throughout the state from our Dallas, College Station, and Houston offices, and our West Coast clients from our San Francisco office.

Collaborative teamwork environments build a solid foundation for the success of generations to come.  We believe this foundation is stabilized through the addition of talent that aligns with our collaborative approach.  The BRW culture is structured to provide a teamwork based approach to practice, promoting career growth through a mentoring mentality and building a firm filled with diversity.  This diversity is in our people and the projects we design for our clients.  We strive to give our employees opportunities to grow, learn and build a successful career in the field of architecture.

BRW strongly believes that quality communication between our clients, its Users, and the Architect is critical to the success of the project.  Communication is a core value of our firm that has led to over 80% repeat business.  We believe it is as vital for the Architect to comprehend the needs and expectations of the Client as it is for the Client team to understand the services of the Architect.  A project is successful if the result demonstrates harmony among the functional, operational, and contextual aspects of the project.

BRW has extensive experience in diverse project types, varied in scale, budget, location and community impact.    Our 30+ year practice has developed a focused expertise in four main marketing sectors, Higher Education, K12 Learning Environments, Civic | Municipal Facilities and Federal projects.  Our success has been driven by maintaining a solid group of leaders that have developed a high level of understanding of how to design and guide our team through the creative process in each of these successful project types.
