Tuesday night, BRW College Station and Gessner Engineering brushed up on their tactical maneuvers and went head-to-head in an epic “Lessons Learned.” The two companies met at the battlefield – Aggieland Wargames – for a two-hour team building exercise that began with an insightful discussion on company operations.

“For the first half, we exchanged ideas on how to make our project documents more consistent and efficient,” said Jennifer Bettiol, Associate AIA. “We shared different opinions to help strengthen our processes and procedures for all project endeavors, present and future.”

Then the two offices assembled the troops, strapped on their gear and took to the laser tag course for a battle royale: architects vs. engineers! Both teams emerged victorious – zero casualties, a solid workout, and an improved project strategy that makes working together easier.
