At our monthly Friday Social in July, BRW played “Guess the Baby Game“. Everyone was asked to bring in a photo of themselves as a baby. Some of our colleagues were easy to spot…the eyes, or smile or facial expression gave it away. For others, it was a good thing we had the boys and girls separated.

This little exercise was not only entertaining but also a great way to tap into our social natures.   BRW has welcomed several new employees in 2015 and getting to know each other outside of the office setting helps us to share, collaborate, create and even compete — playfully, of course.
