Preservation Texas hosted its annual Texas Honor Awards Reception and Ceremony on November 22, 2014 at the Historic Harris County Courthouse in downtown Houston. Among the 2014 Honor Award winners were the Texas State University Old Main Building in San Marcos, TX and Woodrow Wilson High School in Dallas, TX, both honored with the Historic Restoration Award. Honored with the Historic Rehabilitation Award was the U.S. Post Office and Courthouse in Dallas, TX; a collaboration with Norman Alston Architects. BRW Architects was recognized for their significant contributions to the historical relevance and preservation of each project.
