We want to welcome Alexandra Prior to our BRW family in sunny California! Let’s learn a little more about her.

Alexandra was born and raised in California. This past June she graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelors in Architecture. She has always loved San Francisco and visited the city frequently while growing up. She is excited to live in this great city and be a part of BRW!

1. Favorite Architect? Louis Kahn

2. Where is your dream destination? India. I almost traveled to India for study abroad before an unfortunate cancellation of the program but after researching the country in preparation and meeting numerous people from the country, I am even more sure that it is a place I would absolutely love to experience.

3. If you could choose one superhero power, what would it be and why? Telekinesis. The ability to move things would be incredibly cool.

4. When you’re not at the office, what are your hobbies? I love reading, hiking, playing guitar, and playing video games.

5. What inspires you? I think nature is one of the most inspiring things. Even in a profession focused on the built environment there is something uniquely special about nature’s ability to evoke creativity and make people dream.
